Roxanne moved to California from Long Island, NY, where she began her career in the customer service field. She has 14 years' experience managing call centers both large and small. Roxanne enjoys interacting with employees and customers alike and truly values quality customer service and being an integral part in the solution of a homeowner's problem.
Since joining Saber, Roxanne has excelled at the tasks presented to her in the appointment center. She works hard to carry out our mission: “To be the best in our industry and to ‘Wow’ our customers every step of the way”. She takes personal responsibility to ensure each customer’s satisfaction on every job and is a valued member of the Saber team. Roxanne says the decision to work for Saber is an easy one based on their strong dedication to customer service and initiative to exceed customer’s expectations.
She currently holds a California Real Estate License and enjoys spending family time with her family. Her free time is spent cheering on her daughter on the volleyball court!
