Franz Froehlich, an expert in Foundation Repair and Stabilization, is the Owner and Founder of South Coast Piering, Inc., dba Saber. Prior to establishing Saber in 2001, he founded South Coast Grinding, Inc., which continues strong as a branch of service under Saber. He holds several contractor licenses, including: General B, Specialty D30 for Pile Driving and Foundation Underpinning, and D6 concrete.
He is a member of California Geotechnical Association, Contractor Nation, and local Apartment /HOA associations. Saber is a member of the Supportworks Dealer Network, who named him the No. 10 out of top 75 dealers in the Supportworks network in 2018. Franz believes in Redefining the construction industry with WOW! service and exceeding expectations of all his customers. He feels that "more is better" for his customers, his employees and for the dealer network.
Franz' hobbies include aeronautics, motorcycle riding (on and off road), sailing and time spent on a beach with his family. One of his major goals is to never stop learning.
