Johnny K. came to Saber with more than 15 years' management experience, five of them within human resources and talent acquisition.
As the Director of Operations, Johnny is a key member of the management team. Prior to this role, he was Talent Acquisition Manager/Human Resources, with the primary responsibility for finding the best talent to help the company execute its growth strategy. Johnny also was responsible for special projects and new hire onboarding.

Prior to joining Saber, Johnny worked for Loma Linda University Health, St. Joseph Health and Alta Home Care.
On his free time Johnny enjoys fishing, hiking, traveling, and trying out local cuisines at various eateries.
