A homeowner in Pomona was experiencing telltale signs of foundation settlement. He observed cracks on the interior and exterior walls of his home. After initial inspection and diagnosis, foreman, Joe Delgado, and his team were dispatched to help right the problem. They were tasked wtih installing 5 helical piers to fix the settling problem and installed push piers inside the homeowner's crawlspace. Each of the 5 helical piers were placed in holes 6 feet deep at strategic locations on the property. Once installed, they were welded in place. Saber successfully installed all product and fixed the homeowner's problem by halting further settlement of the home and increasing stability.

Pomona resident Alfred contacted Saber regarding cracks in the interior and exterior walls of his home. Saber's Project Design Specialist performed a complete and free homeowner inspection. The Specialist found voids under the Foundation caused by shifting soils. These voids had caused the home's foundation to weaken and sink in spots. Saber's crew filled the voids using Saber's PolyLevel Injection Process. We also excavated holes and attached and pressurized Push Piers to give the foundation a consistant elevation. The attached picture shows a attached Push Pier. Then we filled in the holes and poured cement. Alfred was happy with the results, including the crew's clean up.

Pomona resident Steven C. contacted Saber regarding Cracks in the Walls of his Home. The soils have Shifted under their Foundation. This has formed Voids, which the Foundation is sinking into. Sabers crew attached Helical Piers to the Foundation. See attached picture. Once Pressurized, the Piers lifted the Sinking area of the Foundation. Then we Filled the Voids with Polyurethane. The Foundation is now Strengthened and Stabilized.

Pomona resident Jolin W. contacted Saber regarding Sagging Floors in Her Home. Saber's Project Design Specialist performed a Thorough Home Inspection. The Support Posts were failing in the Home's Crawlspace. Years of Eartquakes have caused the Home to Slide on it's Foundation also. Saber recommended installing Seismic Retrofit Components to Strengthen the connection between the Home and its Foundation. We also suggested that Steel I Beams be attached to the existing Floor Joists. Then we wouls attach Smart Jacks to the I Beams and Pressurize them. This would give the Floors a Consistent Elevation.

Homeowner Miralba E. was concerned about sinking concrete at her Pomona home. Her areas of concern included the pool deck in the backyard and the front driveway. Project Design Specialist Brian N. proposed a solution of Polylevel to even out the settling concrete. Brian also suggested NexusPro crack repair and our Concrete Protection System. Saber's Project Design Specialist performed a Free Homeowner Inspection. Saber suggested that the crack be removed by cutting a channel in the foundation. Then we would pour and finish new concrete. Imara was given a copy of the inspection report and a 30 day quote.

Claremont resident David N. contacted Saber inquiring the Earthquake Brace and Bolt promotion offered by the state of California. Our Project Design Specialist performed a thorough inspection of David's  home. Our crew installed Seismic Retrofitting Universal Foundation Plates and A35 Framing Angles to strengthen the foundation of David's home. David was happy with the end result and the clean up.

Homeowner Tony G. in Claremont, CA needed to get his driveway repaired with our PolyLevel and NexusPro solutions. Tony has been living in his home for over 40 years and decided it was time to sell his property. However, he wanted to maximize his value when selling but with his driveway in the condition it was in, he knew repairs had to be made. Our Project Design Specialist performed a complete evaluation of Brad's home. Our crew ground the raised concrete slab edge down until it was level. Brad was happy that the trip hazard was eliminated and that the clean up was done to his satisfaction.

La Verne resident Carrie M contacted Saber regarding cracks in their home foundation. Saber's Project Design Specialist performed a thorough inspection of Carrie's home. Our crew excavated doles and trenches next to the home's foundation. We then installed steel angles and Push Piers. The Push Piers were pressurized. The attached picture shows the installation before the holes and trenches were filled in, and the area was cleaned up. This lifted the foundation where it had sunk. The cracking stopped. Carrie now has peace of mind.
