Push Piers in Sun City
Sun City resident Steve O contacted Saber regarding cracks in the walls of his home. Our Project Design Specialist performed a complete home evaluation.
Our crew removed interior concrete from the foundation. We then used Push Piers to lift and strengthen the foundation.
Steve was pleased with the result of this job and the clean up.
Smart Jack in Quail Valley
Quail Valley resident Laura J. contacted Saber regarding cracks in the walls of her home. Our Project Design Specialist performed a complete inspection of Laura's home.
Our crew replaced the wood support posts with all metal Smart Jacks and concrete bases.
Laura was satisfied with the completed job and the clean up.
Seismic Retrofitting in La Crescenta-Montrose
La Crescents- Montrose resident Bernie contacted Saber regarding Seismic Retrofitting his 1958 home. Saber's Project Design Specialist performed a Free and thorough homeowner inspection of Bernie's home.
Our crew installed over one hundred Seismic Retrofitting Universal Foundation Plates and A35 Framing Angles. These added components Strengthened and Solidified Bernie's home to it's Foundation. The attached picture shows these 2 components after they have been installed.
Porch Repair in Big Bear
Big Bear resident Ulrich contacted Saber in regards to large cracks in the concrete porch of this home. He was worried that his porch was going to collapse. Saber's Project Design Specialist completed a thorough inspection of the home. Shifting soils had caused a void beneath Ulrich's front porch.
Our crew drilled holes through the concrete and into the void. We then filled the void using Saber's State-of-the-Art PolyLevel Injection Process. This also raised the part of the porch that was sinking. The attached picture shows the stronger and stabilized front porch.
Ulrich was satisfied with the completed work.
PolyLevel(R) Trip Hazard Fix in Anaheim Hills
Anaheim Hills resident Larry C. contacted Saber regarding Trip Hazards in his concrete driveway. He wanted the cracks fixed and to have "peace of mind." Saber's Project Design Specialist performed a thorough inspection of Larry's home. Voids had formed under the concrete.
Saber's crew Drilled holes through the slabs that had sunk. Then the voids were filled using Saber's State-of-the-Art PolyLevel Injection Process. This lifted the sunken areas of concrete in the driveway.
Larry was happy that the Trip Hazards were eliminated. Larry now has peace of mind. The attached picture shows where the Former Trip Hazard was.
Chimney Sinking In Idyllwild-Pine Cove
Idyllwind- Pine Cove resident Rob contacted Saber regarding cracks that had formed in the walls around his Rock Chimney. He was worried that the Chimney would completely detach from his home. Saber's Project Design Specialist performed a complete inspection of Rob's home. The chimney was starting to lean away from Rob's home.
First Saber's Crew Installed two Steel Beams Under the chimney, to support it, and to give the chimney a constant elevation. We next installed Helical Piers beneath the Chimney Foundation, and in a few other locations where the Foundation had sunk. These Piers were then Pressurized. This Strengthened the entire Foundation of Rob's home.
Rob was happy with the results, and our Crew's clean up.
Seismic Retrofitting in Palos Verdes Estates
Palos Verdes Estates resident Steven G. contacted Saber regarding getting his home Seismic Retrofitted. Our Project Design Specialist performed a thorough inspection of Steven's home.
Our crew attached Universal Foundation Plates and A35 Framing Angles to strengthen the connection between the home and the Foundation.
Steven now has peace of mind.
Smart Jacks Stabilize Floors in Green Valley Lake
Green Valley Lake resident Chuck H contacted Saber regarding sagging floors in his home. Saber's Project Design Specialist performed a Free Homeowner inspection of Chuck's home. The Support Posts in the Crawlspace were slipping off of their bases.
Our crew attached wood girder beams to the existing Floor Joists. We then installed all metal SmartJacks with concrete bases.
Chuck was happy with the results. No more sagging floors.
Preparing a spot for a Flagpole in Point Magu NAWC
A general contractor contacted Saber regarding preparation for a flagpole installation at Point Magu NAWC. The Flagpole needed a solid Foundation. The hole was dug. Saber then drilled a Helical Pier into the ground until it was torqued as tight as possible. Then we attached 8" x 8" plate to the top of the Pier. Saber's part of the job was done. Another subcontractor poured the concrete that would form the base of the flagpole.
Windsor Hills Foundation Sinking and Sliding
Windsor Hills resident James W. contacted Saber regarding tiles falling off his Bathroom Walls and Cracks in the Walls. Voids have Formed. The Foundation is sinking.
Saber's crew attached Helical Piers to the Foundation. We then filled the Voids with Polyurethane. The Foundation has now been Strengthened and Solidified. James can now have the bathrooms remodeled.
