Starting Pay: $21-23/hour, depending on experience, plus bonus potential.

The Role

As a Construction Crew Member, you will:

• Support foundation and concrete repair projects at residential & commercial job sites.
• Perform physical work in trenches, crawlspaces, and confined areas
• Load, transport, and organize materials and equipment.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Install systems using company-approved methods and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to complete jobs on time.
• Communicate with customers as needed to ensure understanding and satisfaction.
