Solving Drainage Issues in Sierra Madre
The Issue:
Standing water next to a home after rain or sprinklers running. Voids were found under the patio and parts of the foundation.
The Solution:
Filling the voids with Polyurethane. This raised the concrete that had sunk due to the voids. Saber also installed drains on the patio.
The Result:
A happy homeowner, that now has peace of mind. All of the drainage issues have been resolved.
