Sagging Floors in Topanga
The Issue:
Floors are sagging, and there are cracks in the foundation. Voids have formed and the Foundation is sinking.
The Solution:
Install Push Piers to the Foundation. This will Lift and Strengthen the Foundation. Then Fill the Voids with PolyLevel polyurethane. This will Stabilize the Foundation. Finally, SmartJacks were installed in the Crawlspace to give the floors a consistent elevation.
The Result:
Level floors. The homeowner received a written copy of Saber's Home Inspection Report.
