Stabilizing a home in Perris

Challenge

Perris resident Brett H. contacted Saber about cracks in his home's exterior walls. and doors not opening smoothly.

Solution

Saber's Project Design Specialist completed a full evaluation of Brett's home. The foundation was deteriorating. Our crew fixed this situation by using Smart Jacks under the floor beams, and Helical Inserts to support the concrete foundation.

After completion of this work, the doors opened easily, and the walls were able to be repaired.

Brett was happy with the improvements to his home and the clean up.
