Cracking Walls Signify Foundation Issues in El Toro

Challenge

The walls are cracking. The cracks are spreading. Voids have formed under the home Foundation. The Foundation continues to weaken as the voids increase in size.

Solution

Install Foundation Piers to the base of the home's Foundation. These Piers will Lift the areas of the Foundation that are sinking. These Piers will also strengthen the Foundation by giving it back it's Consistent Elevation. Then we would fill the voids with Polyurethane. This would stop the voids from getting larger, and Stabilize the Foundation.

This is one of the cracks in the wall of a home we inspected. This is a sign of Foundation weakness.
