Sticking Door and Windows in Shafter

Challenge

The windows and doors are sticking, and getting harder to open. There are some cracks in the exterior walls. This Home Foundation is settling.

Solution

Install Push Piers and Pressurize them. This will lift and strengthen the Foundation.

Please notice the light between the door and it's frame, on the bottom left of this picture. The foundation, that this door is sitting on, is shifting and sinking.
