Cracking Foundation in Laguna Niguel

Challenge

Cracks are spreading in the exterior base of a home. Part of the Foundation of this Home is sinking into a Void.

Solution

Install Push Piers to the Base of the Foundation. Pressurize the Piers to lift the areas of Foundation that have sunk. Then fill the Voids with Polyurethane, by using Saber's State-of-the-Art PolyLevel Injection Process.

Notice the cracking at the base of the wall.
