Quoting Foundation Piers in Bell

Challenge

Cracks starting to appear in walls. Voids have formed under the Foundation. The Foundation is sinking.

Solution

Saber recommended attaching Push Piers to the Foundation, and Pressurizing them. This will lift and Strengthen this Sinking Foundation. It will also give the Foundation Consistent Elevation. We also suggested that the Voids be Filled with Polyurethane, to Stabilize the Foundation.

This Foundation is in the Process of Sinking and Failing.
