Cracks in the walls of the home. Doors and windows that aren't functioning correctly. Cracked Foundation with the home sliding. Support Posts sliding on their Concrete Bases. This home is sinking into Voids that have been created by shifting soils. Installing several Push Piers and Pressurizing them. This Lifted the Foundation back to a Consistent Elevation. Then Saber Filled the Voids with Polyurethane. This Stabilized the Foundation, and stops the Voids from Expanding. Next Saber installed and Pressurized Smart Jacks in the Crawlspace. This Stabilized the Foundation and the Floors. Last of all we installed Seismic Retrofitting Universal Foundation Plates, and A35 Framing Angles.
