Challenge

The Homeowners have multiple Rental Properties that are older Single Family Homes. They want all of their homes brought up to the current California Building Code for Earthquakes.

Solution

Our Crew installed Universal Foundation Plates, A35 Framing Angles, and Post Caps. These three components Strenthen the Connection between the Home and it's Foundation. This is the best way to keep a Home from sliding off of it's Foundation when a Earthquake happens.

Universal Foundation Plates are attached to the walls in the background. The Post Caps are installed to the Floor Joists and their Support Posts.
