Sinking Foundation in Gardena

Challenge

Cracking walls in and outside of Home. Voids have been discovered under the sinking Foundation.

Solution

Installing Push Piers. Pressurizing these Piers lifted this Foundation back to it's Consistent Elevation. This Strengthened the Foundation. Then Saber Filled the Voids with Polyurethane. This kept the Voids from expanding. This also Stabilized the Foundation.
