Lifting A Foundation in Anaheim

Challenge

A home Foundation is Sinking and Cracking. The weakened Foundation has Voids, that have formed under it. Doors and Windows aren't funtioning properly.

Solution

Attach Helical Piers to the Foundation. When Pressurized, the Piers will Lift the areas of the Foundation, that were sinking. This also exposes the Voids, that caused the Foundation to sink. Saber Filled the Voids with Polyurethane. This Stabilized the Foundation. The Piers Strengthened the Foundation. All doors and windows are now functioning properly.

This is a installed Helical Pier, that is lifting a sinking Foundation back to a Consistent Elevation.
