Challenge

A Real Estate Agent wants cracks checked out in the Garage Floor of a Home Built in 2014. The Home Builder states, that the Cracks are too small to require Repair.

Solution

Saber's Project Design Specialist performed a complete Two Hour Inspection of the Home. The Soils hadn't shifted info Voids. There were no issues with the Foundation.

This Crack was inspected. There were no Foundation Issues.
