Challenge

Current posts are not supporting the floor and sag in the bathroom area making the toilet lean into a corner. The area that needs a lift is in the bath area. Home is under renovation and flooring above the bath hallway and bedroom need to be supported so that they can lay flooring. Hard to get accurate elevations but walking on the exposed sub floor one can feel the different elevations.

Solution

The posts are being replaced under the bedroom and bathroom of the home right of the crawl space opening. Smart Jacks have been installed and Pressurized. The Floors are no longer sagging. The Toilet is no longer leaning against the wall.
