Challenge

A homeowner wants his home Siesmically Retrofitted, to meet The Standards of the Current California Building Code.

Solution

Saber installed Universal Foundation Plates and A35 Framing Angles to strengthen the Bond between the home and it's Foundation. We attached Post Caps to the Support Posts To strengthen the connection between the Floor Joists and the Concrete Bases. We also adhered Metal Mesh to the Foundation walls, to Strengthen them.
