Challenge

The homeowner wants his home updated to meet current California Building Code, for Earthquake Preparedness.

Solution

Our Crew installed Universal Foundation Plates, and A35 Framing Angles to Strengthen the Attachment between the Home and it's Foundation. We also installed Post Caps that strengthened the connection of the Support Posts to the Floor Joists and it's Concrete Bases.
