Foundation Piers in Long Beach

Challenge

Cracks in the walls of the home. Cracks forming in between the home and it's Concrete Walkways. Voids were found under the Foundation, during Saber's home inspection. This Foundation is sinking.

Solution

Saber Excavated Holes, and Attached Helical Piers to the Foundation of the Home. We pressurized the Piers, and made sure that the Foundation had a Consistent Elevation. This alone, Strengthened the Foundation. Then we filled the Voids with Polyurethane. This prevented the Voids from Expanding, and Stabilized the Home.
