Challenge

Home need a Seismic Upgrade and the Floors are Sagging.

Solution

Saber Attached Steel I Beams to the Floor Joists. Then Smart Jacks Were attached and Pressurized to give the Floor a Consistent Elevation. A35 Framing Angles and Universal Foundation Plates Strengthened the connection between the Home and it's Foundation.
