Goleta Home is sinking into Voids

Challenge

French Doors aren't operating correctly. Windows are also sticking. Cracks are appearing in the walls. Voids have been Located under the Home's Foundation.

Solution

Saber installed Steel Angles and Foundation Piers. This lifted the Foundation back into a Consistent Elevation. These components also strengthened the Foundation. Then Saber Filled the Voids with Polyurethane. This Stabilized the Foundation, and stopped the Voids from Further Expanding.

When Lifting a Foundation, in the area of French or Sliding Doors, a Steel angle is used. The Piers are then simultaneously Pressurized to evenly Lift the area of the Home with the Glass in it. This prevents cracking, or breaking glass.
