Challenge

There are cracks running from the Block Wall, in the yard, through the Patio, and into the Home. Voids have Formed and are Expanding.

Solution

Saber Quoted Helical Tiebacks and Piers for the Block Wall. We suggested attaching Helical Piers to the Homes Foundation. We also Highly recommended filling all of the Voids with Polyurethane to stop further Expansion of the Voids, and Stabilize the Block wall, Patio, and Home.

This Crack runs through the Block Wall, Patio, and the entire Slab Foundation of the Home.
