Sinking Foundation Stabilized with Push Piers in Oceanside

Challenge

Voids beneath the home’s foundation caused it to sink and led to visible wall cracks.

Solution

Push piers were installed to lift and strengthen the sinking areas. Polyurethane was applied to fill voids and further stabilize the base. Additional steel angle reinforcements were added to ensure lasting structural integrity.
