Cracked Foundation in Indian Wells

Challenge

Cracks running through Foundation are found while homeowners remodel their home. Saber's Project Design Specialist performed a complete inspection of the Home. The Foundation is sinking.

Solution

Saber recommended attaching Push Piers to the Foundation, to Strengthen and Lift the sinking areas. We also recommended filling the Voids, that had formed under the Foundation, with Polyurethane, to Stabilize the Foundation.

Cracks are running throughout this Foundation.
