Challenge

Sagging Floors and Cracking Walls in Santa Ana. The Support Posts in the Crawlspace are Failing. The Foundation is sinking into Voids.

Solution

Push Piers were attached to the Foundation and Pressurized to Lift and Strengthen the Foundation. Then the Voids were filled with Polyurethane to Stabilize the Foundation. Last of all, Smart Jacks were installed in the Crawlspace to give the Floors Consistent Elevation.
