Sinking Foundation in La Habra Heights

Challenge

Walls are Cracking. Chimney is Leaning away from the Home. Concrete Stairs need to be removed and replaced.

This is a Older Home, that has settled. Voids are a Big Issue.

Solution

Saber Exposed the Foundation by excavating Holes, after removing Concrete Steps on the Outside of the Home. Helical Piers were installed and Pressurized. Voids were Filled with Polyurethane. New Concrete Steps were Poured, and Finished. The Foundation has been Strengthened and Stabilized.
