Sagging Floors in West Hollywood

Challenge

Older Home has sagging floors. Saber inspected the Crawlspace, and Found that the Support Posts were failing.

Solution

Saber recommented Attaching Steel I Beams to the existing Floor Joists. We would then install and Pressurize Smart Jacks. This would lift the Floor back to it's previously Consistent Elevation.

This Crawlspace Support Posts are Failing. The Floor is Sagging.
