Lifting a Foundation in Pomona

Challenge

There are cracks in the Walls. The Doors and Windows aren't operating properly. Voids under the Foundation have weakened it, and caused it to become unstable.

Solution

Holes were Excavated. Helical Piers were attached to the Foundation and Pressurized. Voids were Filled with Polyurethane. The Holes were refilled and Concrete was Poured. The Foundation has been Strengthened and Stabilized.

Helical Piers have been installed. New Concrete has been poured. Saber leaves all work areas clean after our jobs are completed.
