Sinking Foundation in Windsor Hills

Challenge

Tiles are Falling off of the walls in the Bathrooms. There are cracks in the walls. Soils have Shifted, which have formed Voids under the Foundation.

Solution

Wxcavated Holes, attach Helical Piers, and Pressurize them. This Lifted the sinking Areas of the Foundation. The Home now has a Consistent Elevation Foundation. The Foundation is much Stronger. We then filled the Voids with Polyurethane, which Stabilized the Foundation.
