Sinking Chimney, Cracking Walls in Carlsbad

Challenge

The Chimney is Leaning away from the Home. Cracks have Formed as it is seperating from the Home. Voids under the Chimney have caused it to lean.

Solution

Saber attached Foundation Piers to the Chimney. This lifted it back to a Consistent Elevation, and Strengthened the Foundation. The Voids were filled with Polyurethane, to Stabilize the Chimney.

Cracks have Formed between the Chimney and the Home.
