Challenge

The Homeowners want to upgrade their Home to meet the Current California Building Code regarding Earthquakes.

Solution

Saber Attacheds Universal Foundation Plates, and A35 Framing Angles to Strengthen the Connection between the Home and it's Foundation. We also installed Post Caps to Strenthen the Connection of Both the Bottom and the Top of the Support Posts to Floor Joists and the Concrete Support Bases.
