Challenge

After enduring multiple earthquakes, the homeowners wanted to improve how securely their older house was connected to its foundation and floor system.

Solution

Our crew reinforced the home with Universal Foundation Plates, A35 Framing Angles, Post Caps, and steel mesh sheathing. The project strengthened the foundation, the home-to-foundation connection, and the link between support posts and floor joists, enhancing earthquake resilience.
