Cracked Foundation in San Diego

Challenge

Walls are Cracking. Windows and Doors aren't operating Properly. A large crack has been found in the Foundation, during Saber's Home Inspection. There is a Void under the Foundation, causing it to sink.

Solution

Saber recommended Attaching Push Piers to the Foundation to Lift the Sinking area, and Strengthen the Foundation. We also suggested Filling the Void with Polyurethane to Stabilize the Foundation.
