Smart Jacks in Long Beach

Challenge

The Floors are sagging, and the Foundation is starting to Crack. Saber's Project Design Specialist performed a thorough inspection of the home. The Support Posts in the Crawlspace are failing.

Solution

Saber's crew dug 2 foot x 2 foot x 2 foot holes under the Floor Joists in the Crawlspace. We filled these holes with Gravel. We then attached and Pressurized all Metal Smart Jacks, using these gravel Pits as a base. These Smart Jacks eliminated the sagging Floor issue.
