Push Piers in San Juan Capistrano

Challenge

Cracks are starting to spread in the walls of this home. Saber's Project Design Specialist discovered Voids under the Foundation. The Foundation is starting to sink into these Voids, causing cracks.

Solution

Excavate holes where the Foundation is sinking. Attach Push Piers and Pressurize them. This Lifted the sinking areas and Strengthened the Foundation. Then we filled the Holes with Polyurethane to Stabilize the Foundation.
