Wall Crack & Foundation Lift in San Juan Capistrano

Challenge

Cracks were forming and spreading along the home’s walls. An inspection revealed large voids beneath the foundation, which had begun to sink into these gaps.

Solution

Technicians excavated targeted areas where the foundation had dropped, installed push piers, and pressurized them to raise and reinforce the structure. Polyurethane was then injected to fill the excavated voids, ensuring a stable base and reducing the risk of future settlement.
