To permanently stabilize the home, the foundation repair specialists at Saber Foundation & Concrete Repair designed a customized structural repair solution focused on lifting and reinforcing the settling foundation.

The crew excavated targeted areas around the affected sections of the home where underlying soil voids had formed. Heavy-duty steel push piers were then attached to the foundation and hydraulically driven deep into stable load-bearing soil beneath the weak upper layers. Once the piers reached proper depth, the system was carefully pressurized to help lift and support the settling foundation.

After the structure was stabilized, high-density polyurethane foam was injected beneath the foundation to fill existing voids and improve support beneath the slab. This process helped reduce future soil movement while strengthening the foundation’s supporting base.

By combining push pier foundation underpinning with polyurethane void filling, the team successfully stabilized the home, improved structural support, and helped protect the property from continued foundation settlement issues in the future.
