Challenge

Sinking Foundation is causing walls to crack, and French Doors to not operate correctly. Soils hace shifted, which have formed Voids under the Foundation.

Solution

Our crew excavated Holes where the Voids were Located. We then attached Push Piers to the Foundation, and Pressurized them. This Lifted, and Strengthened the Foundation. We then filled the Voids with Polyurethane. This Stabilized the Foundation.
