The walls of this home are cracking, both inside and out. Voids have been found during Saber's Home Inspection. The Foundation is sinking into the Voids. Our crew excavated holes where the Foundation was sinking. We attached Push Piers to the Foundation, and Pressurized them. This lifted the Foundation back to a Consistent Elevation. It also Strengthened the overall Foundation. We then filled the Voids with Polyurethane. This Stabilized the Foundation.Lifting a Foundation in Yorba Linda
