Tom contacted Saber after noticing signs of mold growth and high humidity in his San Diego, CA home. Following a free inspection, our team identified excessive moisture conditions in the crawl space that could lead to ongoing mold growth and reduced air quality throughout the home. To create a healthier, protected environment beneath the home, we installed drainage matting and a CleanSpace vapor barrier to help prevent moisture intrusion and mold growth. We completed the project by installing an EverLast Crawl Space Door, creating a durable, airtight seal that helps keep out moisture, pests, and debris. With the crawl space fully encapsulated, Tom now has a cleaner, drier space beneath his home designed for long-term protection.
