I have never heard of foundation leveling. My insurance company basically said to find a contractor on my own and they would reimburse. After many visits by contractors not qualified or providing overinflated estimates, Mark Cook and Saber was a sigh of relief. Marks professionalism and availability whether by phone or email was very much appreciated.

Never hearing of this type of work. Mark Cook explained the entire process with ease and made me feel comfortable with being able to get my house stabilized.

Joe Delgado was great, I enjoyed shooting the breeze with him like he was a long time friend. Those guys worked very hard in the desert heat, I was impressed.
I had to fill two of the pier holes jack hammered into my foundation in the bathroom with concrete. I've never laid concrete, I thought it was going to be done by Saber. But I got it done. Joe was able to install rebar after the county inspector required it. That was appreciated.
What made you choose our company:
Of all the contractors that provided estimates, Saber was the only contractor that seemed to really understand this type of work and were not out to take advantage of my situation with an inflated quote just because the insurance company was taking care of it. (I had a quote of $200,000 from another guy and he told me it was inflated for the insurance company!)
