Trevor and his crew did a great job (score 5) taking care to listen to my input and to explain the steps they were taking as they proceeded along the way to reassure me. Except for the falling incident which really hurt and irritated me, I would have given them a score of 5.
convinced me to go with Saber, rather than Eaglelift which did not forward me much information.
I suffered a severe fall and pain as a result of tripping over a roll of carpeting moved into my pathway without prior warning from the crew.(dining room) I know this was not intentional, but I am still sore. I expressed my dissatisfaction to the crew explaining how important it is to warn customers of new obstacles!
What made you choose our company:
I needed to take care of a sinking problem that was only getting worse. I was impressed with the information given to me upfront as well as explanations given to me by phone I wanted to hire a company which specialized in foundation repair.
It is early yet(a day after the polyleveling)to judge how good the repair is. But only time...
