Saber Foundation & Concrete Repair Before & After Photos

This Anaheim homeowner reached out to Saber Foundation Repair after noticing uneven sections in their concrete walkway that created a tripping hazard. Over time, soil settlement had caused the slabs to sink and separate. Our crew used PolyLevel®, a high-density polyurethane foam, to lift and level the concrete back into a safe and stable position. Once the walkway was restored, we applied NexusPro® joint sealant to fill and protect the expansion joints from water intrusion and UV damage. This durable sealant not only prevents future cracking but also keeps the surface looking clean and uniform. The project was completed quickly, providing a long-term solution that improves both safety and curb appeal for this Anaheim home.

The before-photo show a homeowner's crawl space that was in need of extra support. The home had issues with sagging floors and the best way to properly support the floor joists is to install a supplemental beam and our galvanized SmartJacks as shown in the after-photo. 

The before-photo shows a sidewalk that has settled from voids underneath. From the settlement, there are also cracks throughout the sidewalk. As shown in the after photo, to fix this problem we used our PolyLevel solution to lift the concrete slab that has settled to the desired height. The final step is to fill the joints and cracks with our top-of-the-line sealant NexusPro which gives a seamless finish to the project.
