Wall Crack Closed after Foundation Lifting in Buena Park, Ca

Saber completed a lift in Buena Park, using push piers.  These pictures indicate the severity of the foundation issue, with the cracks in the interior walls.  In the Before photo you will see the significant crack in a bedroom wall, and the After photo shows that crack closed up once the lift was preformed.  Wall cracks, sticking windows, and doors that jam are all signs of foundation and structural issues in a home.

Crack Stitching Slab Using Epoxy, And Carbon Fiber In Colton, CA

Before photo shows a home in Colton with cracks in its foundation. The after photo shows our solution called Crack Stitching. This solution offers stronger, faster, and more cost-effective than the more traditional embedment of rebar dowels into the concrete. We cut stitches into the cracked foundation, drop carbon fiber laminates into the cuts and adhere with viscosity polyurea.
