Concrete Stairway Repair Using PolyLevel® In San Clemente, CA
Before photo shows a concrete stairway that has settled into a void. The after photo shows how we lifted the concrete back to level using Polylevel. Our Polylevel solution lifts and stabilizes the concrete by filling the void with polyurethane. The polyurethane will expand and provides lift to the concrete giving it a nearly seamless repair.
Using Push Piers To Lift and Stabilize Settled Chimney In San Clemente, CA
The before photo shows a Chimney that is separating from a home due to a settling foundation in San Clemente. To solve this issue, we used our Push Pier solution to lift the settled area of the foundation. As shown in the after photo the chimney is no logo separating from the house and is stabilized.

The Before Picture shows a large crack in a concrete slab. The soils were shifting and settling under the slab. This created voids, where part of the slab is sinking.
The After Picture shows what Saber's State-of-the-Art PolyLevel Injection Process does.. The voids have been filled. The slab is now at a constant elevation.
