Fixing a Foundation Problem in Palm Springs.
The Before Picture is a prime example of was is termed Mud Jacking. This occurs when somebody attempts to fill a void, caused by shifting soils, with concrete. Over time the foundation continues to settle, and the concrete becomes rough and continues to crack.
The After Picture shows this same area. The void has been filled with Polyurethane, using Saber's PolyLevel Injection Process. The cracks will now stop growing. The concrete will not continue to sink.
Crawlspace drainage in Valley Center
This home had drainage problems in the Crawlspace.
The before picture shows a trench already dug by Saber's crew. This picture shows the drainage pipe and drain being installed.
The After picture shows the trench and pipe being covered with gravel. Saber also installed a sump pump in the crawlspace.
Cleanspace Encapsulation For Humid Crawl Space in Valley Center, CA
Before photo shows a crawl space in Valley Center that is humid and started to have strange smells. The after photo shows the end result of cleaning up the insulation and the vapor barrier install. The vapor barrier will lower the humidity by capturing the water and directing it to the pump. Paired up with our Aprilaire 1920 dehumidifier, this will remove the excessive levels of moisture. This will remove the owner's problems with smell and mold and they can now enjoy their home.

Sagging Floors in San Marcos
The Before Picture shows a Crawlspace of a home in San Marcos. Somebody had tried to level the home's sagging floors by using shims between the support post and the floor joist.
The After Picture shows a installed all metal support beam. Saber also installed some all metal Smart Jacks. The floor is now level. The homeowner was happy with the results.
