It's even worse once you discover it is slowly sinking into soil that is not properly compacted and the damage could be incalculable.   So when you have a foreman like Curtis whose crew member told me personally "Curtis demands perfection on every pier we do, he won't let it happen any other way", I can tell you the value of that approach, when you've gone through what we've gone through for several years, is beyond words.   So thank you Curtis! The office staff was courteous and helpful. The sales representative gave a complete and clear evaluation. There was a quick response to the initial evaluation. The crew arrived on time, did exactly what was specified, was courteous, and cleaned up to my satisfaction.
