Saber was called in by General Contractor D.J. Scheffler Inc. of Pomona to repair settling foundations for one of the three-story buildings (No. 27) at The Missions at Rio Vista apartment community in Spring Valley, in San Diego County. To stabilize the sinking foundation on the interior, Saber installed 25 push piers with 4.5” x 6” all thread rods drilled 6” into existing footings and imbedded with Simpson Strong-Tie XP dual component epoxy.
